Administrative Draft Regional Trails Plan
MIG will prepare an administrative draft of the Regional Trails Plan, and will submit this report for review through the project website. Reviewers will provide one round of comments via email or fax, or during a review meeting.
Draft Regional Trails Plan
MIG will evaluate the comments, identify any conflicting comments and resolve them at a PMT meeting or conference call. Following this, the MIG Team will prepare the draft Regional Trails Plan.
County Executive Meeting
MIG will meet with the County Executive to review the draft Regional Trails Plan.
Parks & Recreation Citizen Advisory Board (CAB) Meeting
MIG will attend a CAB meeting to present the draft Regional Trails Plan.
SEPA Documents
MIG will prepare necessary SEPA documentation and draft City ordinance for review and adoption by the City Council.
Public Open House Meeting
MIG will facilitate a public open house to review the draft plan and provide an opportunity for public comment.
County Council Meeting
MIG will attend a County Council work session or meeting to present the draft Regional Trails Plan.
Plan Adoption Coordination
MIG will coordinate with P&RS and PALS on the plan adoption process.
Final Plan
Based on final feedback from the County Executive and Council, MIG will finalize the Regional Trails Plan and provide a digital copy of the plan.
Project Closeout
MIG will close out the project and provide digital data generated during the planning process. The format provided will include: portable document files (.pdf), Excel files (.xls), and GIS shapefiles (.shp) of information generated during analysis.
